The DPUS8, an addition to Diamond’s line of under-seat enclosures, boasts a range of unique features designed to simplify installation, address audio issues from OEM vehicle’s audio signal, and alleviate space concerns. For OEM integration, the DPUS8 offers 20V line-level inputs and auto turn-on circuits. To com-bat poor OEM signal quality, the DPUS8 features dual bass controls, one for level and the second with Diamonds’ exclusive bass enhancement circuit. The DPUS8 also includes the standard low-pass and subsonic filters, as well as phase adjustments. Notably, the enclosure/amplifier housing is remarkably compact, ensuring it fits a wide range of applications while still delivering impressive output from the onboard 8” active slim subwoofer and 100WRMS amplifier.
